Payment information

Payments are processed through Stripe. We may receive limited payment information, such as the payment status, transaction amount, card type, billing information, and the last four digits of the payment method.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number through our ordinary checkout process.

Communications

We collect information contained in emails, customer-service requests, correction requests, and other communications with us.

Access should be limited to information reasonably necessary for the assigned work.

You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to provide all submitted plans, imagery, and project information.

Color My Site Plan is not an archival or permanent file-storage service. You should retain your own copies of all submitted files and completed renderings.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:

  • Completing and supporting orders.

  • Maintaining business, accounting, tax, and transaction records.

  • Resolving disputes and payment issues.

  • Enforcing agreements.

  • Complying with legal obligations.

  • Maintaining portfolio materials where permitted.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is retained. Project files may be deleted when they are no longer reasonably needed for production, support, recordkeeping, or another legitimate business purpose.

Information may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the size and nature of our business and the information we process.

These measures may include account-access controls, multifactor authentication, reputable service providers, limited contractor access, and secure payment processing.
